Five major transactions involving SHIB have been recorded in the past 24 hours
According to data from CoinMarketCap, Shiba Inu (SHIB) shows a 7.4 million percent increase in trading volumes.
The reason for the abnormal spike in trading volume could be due to a huge spike in the amount of SHIB transferred, reaching trillions of SHIB in the last 24 hours.

CoinMarketCap reports that SHIB volume on CEX (centralized exchanges) is $13.71 trillion. On DEXs, it was over $4.7 million.
Although the massive accumulation of whales may have contributed to the huge amount transferred, another reason could be the internal wallet reshuffling on crypto exchanges.
According Etherscan, five major transactions involving SHIB have been recorded in the past 24 hours. Notably, transactions totaling 280 billion SHIB, 321 billion SHIB and 265 billion SHIB have been observed on Etherscan.
Another 160 billion SHIB was moved between the internal wallets of another major exchange. In the past few hours, an additional 75,166,377,249 billion SHIB have been transferred, according to Etherscan data.
At press time, SHIB was down 2.9% at $0.0000084. Shiba Inu currently ranks 13th among cryptocurrencies with a market capitalization of $4.53 billion.
